Verveine, Milford on Sea. Our favourite restaurant. Unbelievably good seafood and fish, cooked and presented in the most imaginative way. Last night’s tasting menu featured some unusual ingredients such as 63 degree egg, yuzu sauce, parma violet marshmallow, Campari crystals, pine-flavoured ice, smoked hay mayonnaise and carbonated pineapple (crazy, but amazing). Oh, and some blackcurrant-scented dry ice!
